Pushkala Jayaraman, MS
Pushkala earned her Masters in Bioinformatics from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009.
Since then she worked as a Bioinformatics analyst in the Medical College fo Wisconsin in the Rat Genome Database where she developed applications for massive knowledgebase integrations for rat, mouse, human annotations, and ontologies.
In 2014, as a Bioinformatics Scientist in the Genome Diagnostics Laboratory at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, she developed applications and built clinical genomics pipelines for constitutional and cancer diagnostics.
After a decade in the field, she is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences (Genomics and Data Science) and is part of the Nadkarni Lab looking to do really interesting work in developing machine learning applications for multi-modal data in the clinic.
