Kinsuk Chauhan

Kinsuk Chauhan is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Division of Nephrology at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is a trained physician with several years of clinical experience and then received a Master’s in Public health. He has skills, experience, and expertise in advance statistical analysis, epidemiology, and clinical and translational research. His work is focused on the prognostic importance of elevations in kidney injury biomarkers, application of biomarkers, and composite risk scores in patients, which is further useful for risk stratification of populations and clinical decision-making. He is training under the mentorship of Dr. Steven G. Coca, Dr. Girish N. Nadkarni, and Dr. Lili Chan to gain further expertise in clinical and translational research.
